Finally the new and faster version of the Nissan Juke is available: the Nissan Juke Nismo.

Nismo, short for Nissan Motorsports International Unlimited, is the high performance division of Nissan. The current Nismo cars take part in several race championships. Now consumers will be able to buy the road car version. It already has a five-star safety rating, tested by Euro NCap crash test.

In comparison with the old Jukes this Nismo has an aerodynamic body kit, including a tailgate spoiler, 18 inch wheels and a chrome exhaust finisher. In 7.8 seconds it hurtles from 0-62 mph. It could reach a top speed of 134mph. This car model is offered in three colors:  Pearl White, Sapphire Black and Briljant Silver. The interior has suède-trimmed Nismo sports seats, a black centre console, a faux suède steering Wheel and red contrast stitching. The Nismo is a aggresive looking model for the real sports-car fans.

Nissan will use the architecture and engine of the next-generation Micra.  It will probably take another two years before the new Juke will be available on the market.
