 Product information

Do you have a car armrest for every car model?
We deliver armrests for almost any car. We have over a 1000 different armrests for over 250 types of cars. If you can't find a suitable armrest please send us an e-mail to check whether it is in development. We could also develop suitable armrests for your car model, based on the center console and the heights of the car interior.

Could I choose different armrest colors?
Yes. We offer our armrest covers in black and grey. It is also possible to order the leather armrests in beige or other colors. This could be the whole cover, parts of the cover or just the stitching.

What kind of materials are the armrests made of?
The armrest base and the top part are made of ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) synthetic. It is known as a impact resistant and tough material. We offer the cover of the armrest in three materials: leather, imitation leather and fabric.

Can I open up the cover of the armrest?
Yes, the padded storage department offers space to keep the belongings of the customer protected. For example cell phones, wallets and keys.

Is it possible to move the top part of the armrest?
The top part of the armrest can be moved upwards and the cover can be extended lengthways.

What is the warranty policy on the armrests?
The warranty on each armrest is two years. Please save the packaging slip as a reference (which can be found  in the received shipping box).

 

Installation

How do I install the armrest?
The armrests are designed for your customers’ car using the actual car consoles on which they are mounted. This ensures an easy installment and perfect fit. The armrests come with screws and a clear 4-step installation manual. The armrest will have to be attached to either your centre console or the floor, depending on your car type.

Can I still use the handbrake and gearbox if I install the armrest?
Our armrests do not restrict access to the handbrake, gearbox or other controls. We understand how important the safety of your customers is.

Does the armrest on the picture really fit in my car? It doesn’t look like it will.
The armrest on the picture could be designed for a different car model. We offer unique armrests for over 300 car types. Every car model has a unique armrest base, depending on the center console and the sizes of the car interior. The top parts are the same for every car model.

 

Orders

What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is five. The more you order, the lower the shipping costs per product.

How can I place an order?
You could place an order by sending us an email, filling in the contact form or the quotation form. We will send you an invoice, based on your preferences. After completing your payment via PayPal or a wire transfer, we will ship the order to the shipping address.

I don’t have a PayPal account. How can I pay the order?
For the first order we normally use PayPal. It is one of the most secure ways to transfer money. Moreover PayPal acts as a mediator if there is a misunderstanding between EFH Amrests and our customers. After the first order we prefer a wire transfer between banks, due to the low transaction fees.

How will my order be packaged?
We ship the order in recycled cardboard shipping boxes. These boxes will be secured with staples to protect the armrests. The armrests come with all necessary materials for installation, as well as a clear 4-step installation manual and the packaging slip.

 

Shipping and Delivery

I have ordered and paid. How do I know where my order is at the moment?
You will receive a shipping email as soon as your order has left our warehouse. You will find a tracking number in this shipment email. When an order is shipped, tracking information for deliveries will generally available within one day. Most shipping partners update the tracking information when a package is received at each stage of the delivery path.

How long do I have to wait before I receive my armrests?
Once you have ordered, there is a estimated two week window between the order placement and the shipping moment.  When we receive your payment we will ship your armrest within a week through one of our shipping partners. The delivery time depends on your location.

Who will deliver my order?
We are doing business with external shipping partners, including the Dutch postal service PostNL and postal services as USPS, DPD and FedEx.

What countries do you ship to?
Virtually anywhere. Our shipping partners deliver to all corners of the world.

What about customs?
Customs can cause delays and sometimes they charge duty or customs taxes. You may need to allow an additional five days of delivery time, due to your local customs.

I didn’t receive my order. What should I do?
Please contact EFH Amrests. Inform us and we will rectify the problem immediately.
